UFO Files: Department of War Releases Second Batch of Records

The Trump administration has released a second batch of files relating to unidentified flying objects (UFO), just two weeks after it released more than 160 documents.

“The Department of War is in lockstep with President Trump to bring unprecedented transparency regarding our government’s understanding of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena,” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said.

“These files, hidden behind classifications, have long fueled justified speculation — and it’s time the American people see it for themselves. This release of declassified documents demonstrates the Trump Administration’s earnest commitment to unprecedented transparency.”

Announcing the first release, President Donald Trump said he had directed relevant departments to publish the material “based on the tremendous interest shown.”

The documents include a number of reported sightings of unidentified objects in the sky, including photos shared by the FBI, NASA, and the Department of Defense (DOD).
